Terms of Service

1. Who we are

opshosts ("we", "us") is a hosting reseller platform operated from the United Arab Emirates. We provide hosting, domains, VPS, and email services directly to consumers and through partner agencies. Hosting infrastructure is provided by Hostinger International, Ltd.

2. Account & eligibility

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You're responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for all activity on your account.
  • One person/business per account. Sharing logins isn't allowed.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Services

We sell renewable services (hosting, VPS, email) and one-time purchases (domains). The price you sign up at is the price you renew at unless we notify you in writing 30 days before a change.

4. Payment, renewal, refunds

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details.
  • UAE VAT (5%) is added at checkout where applicable.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account.
  • 30-day money-back on hosting and VPS plans. Domains are non-refundable once registered (registry policy).
  • If a renewal payment fails, we'll attempt collection 3× over 14 days. After that, the service is suspended, then terminated.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of our services is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations can result in immediate suspension without refund.

6. Data & privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all content you upload. We process it only as needed to deliver the service.

7. Service availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for hosting and VPS. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. We aren't liable for downtime caused by you, by third-party providers we depend on (Hostinger, Stripe, Resend), or by force majeure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We aren't liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profits damages.

9. Termination

You can close your account any time. We can terminate for breach with 7 days' notice (immediate for AUP violations). On termination, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are resolved in the Dubai International Financial Centre courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
